Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the unwashed and unworn clothing back into its original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags are still securely attached.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
